Thanks! It was actually MY house that I sold. I had turned it into a rental for the past 10 years but am fed up with that bull sh..t. It was vacant too much and, of course, not going up in value like it should have. I priced it about $8,000 under market and had it spic'n span clean, staged with MY furniture and decorated. It looked good and sold in 28 days. I guess to get rid of anything right now you have to do EVERYTHING and give it away!

At least my property management headaches will be gone!
